In partnership with Flashpoint Informatics, BlueSwarf operates our own datacenter located in State College, Pennsylvania where we host our Tool Optimization and Management System (TOPS), BlueSwarf Dashboards and support data. Our secure datacenter boasts redundancy in every system from power to bandwidth to cooling, we have no single points of failure. Flashpoint is a VMWare partner and uses VMWare products in our datacenter so that we can offer high-availability and hot-fail services to our clients. We boast service guarantees up to 99.999% up-time each month. We take both physical and logical security very seriously, by offering security measures like secure VPN access to data and 24/7 video surveillance. All data in our datacenter is stored in replicated RAID 10 SANs. This means that we store four active copies of all data which results in extremely high reliability of our storage network. In addition to our State College facility we also have a Philadelphia facility which servers as our disaster recovery site. We offer off site data backups and automatically fail over from our State College location to Philadelphia in applications where 100% uptime is critical.
