The BlueSwarf Dashboard Challenge. Program is a fixed price service including on-site data collection, offsite data processing, analysis and interpretation and BlueSwarf Dashboard delivery. The all inclusive price covers:
- On-site frequency measurement of up to 20 milling tool assemblies (3/8¨ diameter or larger) using the BlueSwarf MetalMAX System..
- All travel expenses are included in price.
- Processing and analyzing data into cutting performance predictions.
- Delivery of BlueSwarf Dashboards. for each tool assembly measured.
PRICE: $4995.00
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
It is required that the customer be prepared for the service as follows:
- Have all cutting tool setups prepared and ready for measurement prior to BlueSwarf engineer's arrival, preferably removed the machine's tool changer and lined up on a bench or rack in order for manual loading.
- Provide current feeds, speeds and cutting depths.
- Have tool lists prepared with the brands, part numbers and grades of the cutters, inserts (if applicable) and toolholders.
- Schedule sufficient machine time to perform measurements and cutting tests for the prescribed setups (allot maximum of 10 minutes per setup).
- Insure machines are in operational order and in a condition consistent with usual usage.
- Limited to no more than four different machines (e.g. 5 tool assemblies per machine).
- Should any of the above requirements not be met, forcing a delay requiring a return visit or a second day on site, the customer agrees to pay for any additional travel expenses at our cost.
WARRANTY
BlueSwarf guarantees that BlueSwarf Dashboard Challenge. Program will produce an average 30% improvement average in metal removal rate (MRR) for all the tool assemblies tested. If the BlueSwarf Dashboards. deliver less than 30% average the customer is under no further obligation. No invoice will be sent and no data or Dashboards™ will be provided. Offer valid in 48 contiguous U.S. States and limited to one per customer site. We do not offer this guarantee against tool/machine combinations with previously measured BlueSwarf Dashboards™.
